DOREEN COVELLI -
PRACTICE MANAGER

Doreen is our office manager and part time receptionist. As you may have guessed from her name she is married to Dr Joe Covelli one of our vets. Doreen holds a PhD in pharmacology from the faculty of science at the University of Melbourne.
After graduating in 2000, Doreen decided not to continue her career in scientific research but started a family with Dr Joe. They now have two young children Christopher and Erin.
Doreen ensures that our clinic finances and office protocols run smoothly. Her interests include tapestry, gardening, going to the movies and spending time with friends, family and her cats.

NURSE LYN CRAIG

Lyn started nursing in 1986 and started here at Hoppers in 1994 when the clinic first opened. She is highly motivated and loves working in such a family orientated environment.
She has completed a business degree while working here and jokes that she will use it in the future to open up a beauty parlour. Lyn orders the many collars and toys that we stock and you will find her pets “Solo and Shae” modelling them as they are the best dressed dogs in Werribee.
Lyn and her family also enjoy dog showing and her Irish Setter does exceptionally well in the show ring (that's if his mother can find the competition in the first place as Lyn has no sense of direction!!).

NURSE SHARNE KARP

Sharne has been at the clinic for 5 years firstly as a full time nurse then in a part time capacity while she studied her Bachelor of Science (Animal Science).
While completing her studies she also had a little boy Leon with her partner Peter and has come back to nursing part time. Clients and staff love Sharne, as she is always quick with a joke or stories, which are famous for being hysterically funny.
Sharne has also instructed the puppy classes over the past 5 years and has enjoyed it immensely.
